Terms of Service
Last updated July 26, 2026. Luminary Chat is a live product from Logan Pendragon Forge. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that features may continue to change as the product evolves.
Luminary Chat provides Luminary as its core companion, supports additional characters, and offers rooms, conversation history, summaries, editable memory, chat and character imports or exports, optional image generation, and account controls. You connect your own Venice or OpenRouter account so the selected provider can generate responses.
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Luminary Chat account. You are responsible for providing an accurate date of birth, protecting your password and provider keys, and activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your Luminary account has been accessed without permission.
Venice and OpenRouter usage, charges, rate limits, model availability, and provider rules are governed by your relationship with the provider. Luminary does not include provider credits or control an underlying provider's availability. You can replace or remove a saved key in Settings.
Some characters can use uncensored models whose responses may become sexually explicit, violent, intense, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for minors. Model responses can also be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Review output before relying on or sharing it. Luminary Chat is not an emergency service and should not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, or other safety-critical decisions.
You keep whatever rights you have in content you submit. You permit Luminary Chat to store and process that content only as needed to operate features you request, such as generating replies or images, maintaining conversation context, saving memory, importing a package, and producing exports. Provider processing is also subject to the provider and selected model's terms.
If you send a contact message or product feedback, you permit Logan Pendragon Forge to receive, store, review, and respond to that submission for support and product improvement. Do not include provider keys, passwords, private chat content, or information you do not want handled as part of a support or feedback record.
Only import chat or character packages you are entitled to use, and review an imported package before saving it to your account. Exports can contain private character, conversation, message, summary, and memory content, so store and share them carefully. Image prompts, generated results, and related settings can be saved with the conversation that created them. Generated image files currently use public web addresses, so anyone who receives an image URL may be able to open it.
Do not use the service to break the law, harm or exploit people, harass others, distribute malicious code, attack credentials, evade provider safeguards or policies, interfere with the service, or access another person's account or data without permission.
Bugs, outages, provider failures, feature changes, and data loss can occur. Features may be changed, paused, or removed to protect users, data, or the service. Export important account data and keep your provider credentials recoverable through the provider.
Access may be limited or disabled when an account appears to violate these terms, threatens the service, or creates legal or security risk. Administrative action does not replace provider enforcement; Venice or OpenRouter may separately limit a key or account under its own rules.
Settings includes an account-data export and controls to clear chat history and memory. You can permanently delete your account by confirming your password and typing the required confirmation. Separate contact and feedback submissions are not part of the account export or automatic account-deletion flow; contact us if you need help locating one. Review the Privacy Policy for the data-handling details reflected by the current service.
